We welcome children from age 6 and above. Our classes are split into age-specific groups, including 6–10, 11–15, and adults, so students learn at the right pace, build confidence, and enjoy training with others in a similar age range.
Yes. Our classes are beginner friendly and suitable for all experience levels. Whether your child is completely new to martial arts or has trained before, we create a welcoming environment where every student can learn, improve, and feel included.
For the first class, your child can wear comfortable sportswear, such as a t-shirt and joggers or shorts. Once they join, we’ll advise you on uniform requirements.
Not at all. You don’t need any level of fitness to begin. Our classes are designed to help you build fitness over time, not expect it from day one.
